here's the thing
i NEED House of Kolor " Medium reducer"

i have a gallon of House of Kolor orion silver
and 2 quarts of House of Kolor pale gold..
problem is
the paint store here
is full of b..
they told me 1 quart reducer was enough of all my base coats.
actually the shop i go to said it wasn't enough

so basically Ive been waiting 2 months for the shipment to come..
but never came..
they recommend me to use other brands of reducer..
such as PPG , Rm , and napa..

I'm asking here on the forums because
i know you guys are professional and I'm just the guy getting the materials.
i wanna know on your on perspective
whats the best solution..

and i appreciate it if you reply on this asap
thank you so much..

I wouldn't use other companies reducers. I would get one gallon of HOK RU 311. HOK basecoats are mixed 2:1 so if you have a gallon and a half of base coat, you will need 3/4 of a gallon of reducer. Plus don't forget if you are using HOK clear you will need more for that. Where are you located? You should ba able to get it through a local paint jobber.

Judging by your other post it looks like you are in Guam? Have you done what was suggested in the other thread and investigated shipping from Coast? That is probably your best solution. Definately stay within the product line and don't mix them, that's just asking for trouble.
