Corel Draw Help?

I need to make this into a vector, I know how to rebuild it with points but can someone please remind me how to make an outline in Corel Draw 11? Just trying to save myself some time - thanks!

Hey - thanks but I couldn't find a boundary tool. I figured out how to do it a couple months ago but I can't remember what I did, I ended up just tracing the outline with nodes.
