I ordereda few items from a place that I usually get misc. paint and body supplies from. Here is what I ordered:

One Shot Starter kit 5 Colors

Mac 3 Sword brush kit

White Stabilo Pencil

Blue Stabilo Pencil

100 1 oz. mixing cups

1 Qt Brush claner

1 Qt Regular Reducer

My total bill after shipping came to $98.00. Everything should be here on the 7th. I am hoping to pick up a few videos also. I havent practiced in a couple of years, but I am anxious to start again. I usually practice on a solid back window out of a pick up truck. Is there anything else that you guys recommend practicing on? That way I can learn how the paint drags on different surfaces. Id like to practice on something that has a curve to it. But bigger than a cycle tank. Which videos do you recommend? I think that about wraps it up.
Thanks
Joe

I practice on a peice of powder coated alluminum. The Wizzard videos that Air Brush Action magazine puts out are awesome. The beginer and dagger style are the two that I have. They cost $25 each if you order 3 or more from Coast Air Brush.

Plexi is good for practicing on too... gives you experience in painting on plastic surfaces, and dealing with the inevitable static. For a while I was also purchasing the aluminum 'no trespassing' signs from Orchard and practicing on the back. Eventually you come to a point where you start eyeballing just about every smooth, non-porous surface in your house. :D

Those Wizard DVDs are excellent, by the way. Good techniques. The Kafka scrolling DVD is really good too.
