What is the best protection for an outdoor Brickwall mural???

Try Anti-graffiti for protection. There are some that are wax based and can be removed by pressure washing with hot water and followed by re-application, and some that are more permanent that may be water or solvent based.

My day job is in Architectural concrete, and I have tested a billion products to work best with our products, and we often apply anti-graffiti on brick faced panels that are on the first 2 levels from the ground. Best product to date is made by Prosoco, called Blok Guard 2. It's water based and 2 coats gives water proof protection as well as very good graffiti resistance.
