Hello to everyone , I am sorry that everyone has to read such a story like this but it is unbelieveble.
Last week i was searching the forum here to find some answers to my questions like everyone does here. I found someone where on the bottom
of his message was advertising an airbrush web site. This one above
http://www.coastairbrush.com/
Then i checked the website and found that has a lot of stuff .
I decided to write to these people throu email and ask them
if they post in Australia. The answer was yes .
Then i ordered throu my credit card the 7 essentials shield stenciles

I've never had a problem but I do live in he USA. And being in another country and order from another can be a pain. The owner of Coastairbrush does come here. So in time he should see this post.

Personally I would edit out your name and address etc or you will probably get spammed to death with junk mail /people trying to sell you stuff etc !
I had a similar thing when I tried to order some stufffrom Coast in that I put in the UK in the shopping basket so assumed the price with postage was correct but then they emailed me a shipping price on top (which made me decide it was not worth ordering),so did find it a bit misleading-they have ammened the site and it does say shipping is added on afterwards (but you have to hunt for this info) so I still think its not 100% clear at ordering.
Imo there should be no drop down box in the cart for destination unless that is the final price-better to just have shipping for the US and anyone else has to mail there order before card details are taken etc.
Having said the above once I emailed Coast back after I realized the problem they Immediately refunded my card and were very helpful -so I would certainly order from them again (if added shipping made the saving worth it ! )
Coast has been good to Me but like ABkid I live in the U.S. So most likely it is just takeing longer cuz your in Australia. That can make things harder for them. So I say email them and tell them your problum and see what thay say.
Keep us posted!

I moved it here because the coast guys are more likely to see it. I know it would be hard to call them but if you can do it. They get real busy with internet orders and its sometimes better to get them on the horn.

I have already email them twice and no reply, I don't understand why treat
people like that? And my opinion is not the reason that i live in australia,
coz i do shop a lot from USA using my credit card ,and everything its fine
goodies arrived here about a week time and companies respect customers,
I dont know what to say,i would like to ask any of you if you can just ring them and asked them about my order ,I have already left my details ,
much appreciated Thanks to everyone!!

I am also in Aus.
I have to say I had issues with coast the the 1st time I tried.
but have to say ONCE YOU GET CONTACT WITH THEM they have been great.
there delivery cost is reasonable (unlike others from the US) & they are helpfull & know there product, I am happy to deal with them & have had no other problems, but I wish they would check there email a little more:(
if they carried everything I want (some brands they don't stock) I would shop nowhere else.
with my last order I emailed & requested a quote then all went smooth.
with a little more customer service (for the people who can't ring them) they would be a great vendor & I would not reccomend anyone else.
good luck

Its Ok, I'd feel the same way since you are so far away. Its not like you can drive down the street and see whats up. Coast has in the past had a few issues with emails and the like..... they are really busy and lets face it, email can be a bit temperamental with all of the spam blockers and the like.

just another 2cents on this.
Im in New Zealand, and have received excellent service - both on queries, and orders from Coast.
as an international customer, they always email me for approval of freight charges - which never seem stupidly high , usually around $20usd, and delivery is 5-6 days from my acceptance.
MAJORLY different from another place that tried to ping me $96usd for shipping for 10 stencils. and wont reply to any of my emails demanding an explanation of the charge - ongoing issue, up to day 15 and counting.
Coast seems great, just wish they had a few of the other stencils listed that Im hunting.

You could always try buying from an Australian store..
We have all the Artool stencils available HERE (http://stores.ebay.com.au/Airbrush-Stuff)
We have all the essential 7 in stock. Though I'm sure Dave and the boys at Coast aren't ripping you off. The CC transaction would've been automated which is why it was immediate. You just have to have patience sometimes.
Cheers

International orders can take much longer to track.
We found the order had been delivered to the wrong address
and we were able to reship the customer the template set at no charge
along with a few others that he decided to add. All and all we were able to fix the problem. International orders can be difficult but most have been without
any problems for some time now . The world is getting smaller every day with the internet and it is getting easier to ship and track orders. Anyway I am glad the customer was able to get his products and at no charge. The shiping company was at fault and did compensate us.

Way to go David. You are a blessing to all of us airbrushers out here and I am glad I found you. Waiting for another order as I speak, should be pulling up at any second. Everything that I've ordered from you waaaaay over here in Alabama, has been sent as promised and I am one satisfied customer!
