Well, I just saw on NBC that they just got Abu Mussab Al-Zarqawi! Now let's get Bin Laden and bring our troops HOME! (Unfortunately, that will not end the insurgency, so in Iraq we will stay):(
Pray for our men & women in the war zone.

Before the place gets turned into a glass bowl can we get enough gas that I can afford to continue driving my toys first?
Quote from cnn "-- Abu Musab al-Zarqawi was alive when U.S. troops reached him after the U.S. bombing raid, but died "almost immediately" "
hehehe i like that :D bomb didnt kill him it was the m16 bullet :D If that was the case then good on them, its the only suitable punishment and surely saves tax payers $$$

i say get the troops out of the war zone, drop some kind of chemical attack on the whole f*%$# middle east , and wipe them out .take over the gas and oil industry.
What about all the innocent men women and children everyone seems to forget them or not really show any sympathy for them. Personally i couldnt care less about the stupid oil and gas thats there. Whats more important is that the people that are there can be liberated from the bullsh1t that they have had to live with.

SFX, I agree there are SOME innocents that get caught in the middle, and that is a shame But when we bomb a "safe house" and some neighbors get killed, C'mon..you REALLY think those "neighbors" dont know who or what is hanging around? there's an old saying, "you live with apes- it's hard to be clean" .

Oh no T-Rex im not saying that, i aggree with the bombing of the safe house, dont get me wrong. Its the people that say lets wipe them out with a big chemical bomb or something...that i dont agree with. Correct me if im wrong Hitler had a mentallity of this nature and look where that ended up. I like the way that its being handled at present, i think coaliton forces are getting it done in a sensible manner. But wiping the entire place out is not key. For a start using chemical weapons ... i suppose you shit on your own door step too dreegs?. I do agree with you dreegs, these people are straight out whacko's, but whiping the entire place out would kill an enormous ammount of innocent people, that hate these people just as much as we do, i mean how many of these people are already victims of these extremists. Be realistic... we could of wiped that place out easily with a number of big bombs, but if it was that simple do you think Bush and co wouldnt have already ordered it.
I have it on good authority from an aquaintance in the big five sided building that there were no innocents lost in that strike....
five or six of his deputies is all..
im not talking about that particular strike... i think it was a good strategic operation.
Drop a chemical bomb on the place on the other hand wouldnt have the same results. It would kill everyone. Maybe someone has been sniffing too many chemicals lol.

That's correct! Bush is NOT as stupid as he seems. It's all a "Good 'ol Boy" act. Bush is conniving and sociopathic. But he is not a brain surgeon either. There are alot of people talking in his ear. He planned this war from before he was elected and will not withdraw until after he is out of office. He will leave that mess for his brother Jeb, who will be "elected" the next Commander in Chief. Bank on it. I'm not a conspiracy theorist or anything, but there is something not right about this administration and how things are being done.
We are sending innocent men and women to die for something that our current regime deems important, and I'm not buying any of it! We had a young man named Cpl. Jeffery Starr from my town of Snohomish die one year ago in the Middle East, and for what? Fucking oil? To "liberate" a country that for all appearances doesn't seem to want us there? I know that alot of people are being oppressed and live in poverty, but why are we the world's police force? I thought that was NATO's job.
They know where Bin Ladin is and are not killing him because then we would have to bring our troops home. Oil prices would drop and the oil companies would lose the record setting profits that they have been enjoying and Bush would have nothing to occupy his time. God knows he can't be bothered to help the victims of Katrina, homeless and hungry children, or work on the defecit. Hell, no! Gotta worry about other people's problems instead of our own.
Sorry about the rant, but I am very passionate about wars and "conflicts". I have lost a couple people that I considered family and friends and I see NO purpose in most of this shit. If you wanna kill things, become a merc, get a subscription to Soldier of Fortune and have fun going on sniper missions.
It is easy for me to say these things because of all the people who have died defending my right to do so, but that was a different time and a different set of values. I miss my grandfather who fought in France and Holland into Germany and my uncle who has become an alcoholic and has violent flashbacks because of the shit he saw being a medic in Nam. All so I can talk shit on a computer forum.
Thanks for letting me vent! Keep vigilant, question everything. They bank on our complacency.

Im still stunned that more Americans dont share your view Rob!!
It seems that the final meaning of this so called pointless war is lost. To many people see a way to the end, But with little consideration to the events that would follow. You have to remember that WE are not God!!! Who are we or you to judge what race should be wiped out... and for what, Because a small part of there narrow minded people cant get a clue as to what the meanning of peace is about. They use there "GOD" as an excuse! we know they do, So doese that mean they are all one and the same? I dont think so.
Personally I think too many of you guys are bitter (and with good reason.... Dont get me wrong!) from september 11. You guys use this as your amunition to fuel your hate for a race, that is not really the course of what is really a Politcal war! Dont loose sight of that. Its not about the people, Its about the Governments. The Soldiers are just tools, that Bush can use to hone for his own means!

you guysz are still missing the point.........radical islam is the next major war........we will be fighting the radicals for a long time.......you think with-drawing to our land is going to stop this war......this is a religeouse war where the radicals think the world either turns muslim or dies...
Now we finaly had the balls to go knocking on there door and set up operations in there back yeard......this will be viewed as one of the best major decisions our country has nade in decades.
we put a spear head right in the middle of the arab world and got away with it.........now we have a base of operations right in the middle of the snakes den.........you guyz aint seeing this.
this is what you do when you want to win........you dont wait untill the enemy creeps into your back yard........you push your way into theres.set up camp.set out the spies..gather intelligence and beat them at there own game.........we now border Syria...Iran....saudi arabia......man this wasnt a Bush thing this was a pentagon thing and someone had the balls to do the right thing.
sometimes we get to soft thinking in our safe drive ways cozy bars and coushy couch potato chairs........well......im all for the take over of Iraq...the military base right in the heart of the snake......drones ...F-16 all flying free...........you Bush bashers dont have your eye on the ball.
In the end.....its history that rules the day not men...ask Hitler and the Japaneese commanders why they blunderd so badly when victory was at hand.........its because they where not in control..history was
Same here......radical Islam is not in control.......they will be defeated....but not if we drop the ball and run to our cozy shores
Taken all that on board Doc, and i do agree with you on a lot of it, but i think people have good reason to not understand bush's motives. Wasnt his entire reason to begin this war due to some fictional infomation of weapons of mass destruction, in which the UN had clearly stated there was none of it there, and suprise suprise there wasnt. Having said that i do think our soldiers should be there for the matters that you talk about, but whether or not they are there for THAT reason is another story. Who knows what the bush administration really thinks. Radical Islam is not something thats just came up in the past decade its been around a lot longer than that which begs the question where was the intelligence prior to 9/11, i cant believe they were able to organise and plan that operation and get away with it, talk about gross negligence. Im not a bush basher i just think the dude is a typical politician and not all the dribble that comes from his mouth should be believed.

politicians are all that way...Clinton was no better.
But putting the blame on one man when the world is run by events not desires.
the weapons off mass distruction was the cunning ploy to get us in there without the arab world uniting...........we all no there was no real reason to go to war but one.........the snake pit was getting riled up......radical muslims wanted to rid the middle east then the world from infidels. the problem is they jumped the gun.........911 was supposed to be a complete victory.......the towers......our financial icon...the pentagon our military icon and then the white house the govmnt icon. This was supposed to be a rallying cry and a complete victory.........well they failed.
Id have done the same thing if i was Bush........faint with the left and hit with the right......say we are going in to get weapons of mass distruction then set up camp right in the middle of the pit.........i read the same news as you........i see the military side of things..it was a brillant move to place troops right in there back yeard without opposition from China Russia and the Arab world.........say what you want about Bush the man followed the doctrin of the pentagon and pulled off a brillant chess move.......where now in Afganistan, Iraq......places we couldnt get to before.......and where gathering enormouse amounts of intelligence..........the radicals are on the run.....they blew there load to early and now there paying the price....you know how divided the middle east is right now..not united....where confusing the enemy and there turning on each other.......where i come from, thats brillant strategy.........yea we pissed off a lot of people......but they where already jaded.......no......Bush Mr Rogers bozzo the clown......as long as there willing to fight im with em.

Well, you know... after 9\11 I agree that something had to be done. The problem is that our government is not being honest with anyone, especially it's own people. I am tired of being lied to and having my attention diverted to other trivial things such as homosexual marriage opposition, by the govt. controlled lapdog media. Just stop treating us like children goddammit.
Ya know Doc, you're right. I hate Bush. No, really. I HATE Bush. He's a shady fucker and I don't like his politics. I mean, politicians is politicians.... but there is something about him that really sets off the red lights in my head. I hate lying politicians of all denominations, but I can't even stomach listening to or looking at that asshole, and I'm not like that with anyone ever! I am what you would call a moderate (middle of the road) not any political party, believe in capital punishment and helping the poor, not a Clinton fan or anything, but I think that there is something else going on with Bush. I just can't put my finger on it.
It's ok to have a base in the "Snakes Den", probably a great strategic move, but let's get shit done for real, handle it in a timely manner, and stop showing off by pretending to fly a jet onto a carrier declaring "Mission Accomplished" before we even deploy all our troops to the "conflict".

Rob.you read to much into the news....before Bush was elected you never heard of the guy........now the liberal media gets all involved and the spin is out of control.
I dont hate anyone i havnt meet and didnt get to know......just a waste of my time to get all riled up.
the liberal media has done a great job focusing our anger on our president instead of the middle east.........i used to be a liberal now im ashamed to even admit i know one........im not a conservative either....ive moved on see the real enemy.........radical muslim interp of a religeouse book.
If more people focused on that problem instead of the spin put on our own govmnt................who cares what this guy does, where in a war that was inevitable and we had a guy who had the balls to go in.
where not going to just drop bombs clean up and go home........where there for good, but at least we did it before they had the bomb. And by staying there and having a listening post we can keep that beast at bay. We never meet an enemy like radical Islam......if you all think this is an enemy with a uniform your all reading liberal spin.........start focusing on the real problem.it aint our guyz, its mulahs and radical religeouse finatics who believes in a devil and then pins that tail on us............you young guyz need to see the big picture not what the liberal media wants to feed ya..........Rob have you ever meet Bush and got to know him. Hate is a corrosive energy.
we dont know whos lying.......the govmnt...... the media....who cares...we do know Islam has no room or tolerance for anyone who is not one of them.......this is a dangerouse religeon...even the moderates side with most of the radicals
Doc, which is exactly why i dont like peoples views of dropping some chemical weapon, wipe them out and get the gas. We dont know the general every day person in these country's that have had to live with the torture etc that they have had too. I think its unfair for people to put everyone in the middle east in the one basket, we dont know them!. We only know the bad, and that isnt all of them.
Having said that i dont passionately hate anyone either, but i do agree very much with you Rob. There are things about Bush which dont sit well with me, and as one of the most powerfull men in the world i dont think its something we shouldnt care about. And i think its very important that Americans have the truth told to them, i sure would care about that.

Seems to me Doc's paying attention. Radical Islam will become our greatest challenger to date. Everyone is too worried about watching American Idol and not paying attention to the world we now live in. As far as Bush is concerned, his power is short lived. It's the power of religious radical ideas in the minds of millions worldwide you should be concerned with. Our system of government is built to keep power in check. Radical islam is a religious movement with no boundries, no checks and balances, just a conquest of dominance.

Look, I'm not saying that we don't don't have to worry about radical Islam. That's a given. We also have to worry about radical Christianity, and any hardline uncompromising interpretation of any religion. Those are all a problem and I am all for making sure that any of those problems are kept in check! I'm just not willing to blindly follow an administration that seems to have no plan other than to "stay the course" when they will not honestky give us any info on what the "course" really is. I can say the same in Australia too Doc. However doesnt mean the moron we have running the place is any good, its more a testament to the democrasy system. The fact that we have parliments that are free to debate such issues we are talking about now. If everyone was happy to just sit back and let one government do what they wish then it wouldnt take too long in my opinion for our freedom of life to start changing. It would only take one greedy person to put the wheels in motion.

See that's the problem. I WANT to do that. (Live on the fringe) I just have a problem doing it cuz I'm a type A personality.
I have to make sure that no one with any kind of power lets it go to their heads and starts changing things to suit them and their agenda instead of what the people want. If no one is anal about that kind of thing, then everyone loses eventually.
I go to rallys in Olympia to support riders rights and other things because if I dont, thats one less voice to be heard and if everyone has that mentality, we all lose. The govt. is currently trying to shut down all public forest land to motorcycle riding of all types, while allowing horses to continue riding. Horses tear up trails worse than bikes.
I know this off topic, but I am illustrating the point that we must keep Govt. accountable for their actions. If we the people don't like it, we MUST speak up. Currently, I don't like what the Bush administration is doing and I must speak up. We ALL must speak up.
ps- The current regime is affecting you personally by not stepping in on price gouging by oil industries and by raising your taxes to fight the war in Iraq. Maybe not now, but they will rise. Bank on it!
